Summer Fridays will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 30 days. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.summerfridays.com. If you purchased a Summer Fridays item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards and limited-edition merchandise are final sale and ineligible for returns.
To complete your return:
Pack up the items in a shipping box.
Please include the following information with your return:
- Full Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Summer Fridays order confirmation number
Once your return is received, we'll send you an email to let you know we've received the items and are processing your refund. You should expect to see the credit applied to your original form of payment within 5 business days.
If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 5 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If an item has arrived defective or damaged, it is eligible for an exchange. To exchange it for the same item, email email@example.com.
