Right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the last item in your order. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.

To withdraw, you can either:

• Use our online cancellation form — the quickest way: Cancel your order; or
• Complete the model withdrawal form below and email it to help@summerfridays.com (you may also use any other clear statement).

We'll confirm receipt by email. Where a refund is due, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days (we may wait until we've received the returned goods or proof that you've sent them back). For return shipping and items that can't be returned, see our Returns & Refund Policy.
