Summer Fridays’ Campaign to Support Heal The Bay

Summer Fridays today announced that it is partnering with Heal The Bay. Heal the Bay is an environmental nonprofit dedicated to making the coastal waters and watersheds in Greater Los Angeles safe, healthy, and clean. We use science, education, community action, and advocacy to fulfill our mission.

Starting April 1, 2024 through April 30, 2024, Summer Fridays and its customers and colleagues can support the organization by opting-in to donate money to the Heal The Bay. Click here to learn more about Heal The Bay.

Additionally, Summer Fridays will donate 100% of the net profits, up to $10,000, of Super Amino Gel Cleanser sales originating on www.SummerFridays.com, to Heal the Bay.

As part of Summer Fridays’ online check-out process, Summer Fridays’ customers will have the option to make donations to Heal the Bay in $1, $5 and $10 increments, with a maximum donation amount of $249.  To donate, during your online check-out process, you will have the option to choose a dollar amount for your donation, which will be added to your final check-out amount.  Please note that Summer Fridays has employed Give and Grow’s donation application to enable donations to be collected in its online check-out process on April 1, 2024. For each donation, Give and Grow takes out two deductions: (1) card processing costs; and (2) a technology fee. Click here to learn more about Give and Grow’s fees that are taken out from donations.  After Give and Grow takes out its fees from each donation, the remaining amount will be delivered to the Downtown Women's Center.

  • To donate, chose your dollar amount for your donation and checkout.

NOTE: Give and Grow will be taking its processing and technology fess from your donation, and then delivering the remaining amount of your donation to Heal the Bay.

NOTE: You may see an “estimated tax” calculated during the check-out process, but your donation amount will not be taxed.
