Summer Fridays Sweepstakes Official Rules (“Official Rules”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND, US MILITARY INSTALLATIONS IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES, ALL US TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD, SPONSOR, AND ADMINISTRATOR: The “Summer Fridays Sweepstakes” (the “Giveaway”) begins on March 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM PST and ends on March 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST (“Giveaway Period”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Summer Fridays, LLC, 10345 W. Olympic Blvd., Suite 102, Los Angeles, California 90064 (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the continental United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) and have a valid email address. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter. By entering, Participant confirms that they meet all eligibility requirements and agrees to receive newsletters and text alerts from Sponsor.
Employees of Sponsor and their respective agencies, shareholders, officers, directors, members, successors, agents and assigns, together with the Immediate Family Members and/or Household Members of such persons, are not eligible to participate. “Household Members” are those who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether or not related. “Immediate Family Members” are parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. Participation constitutes Participant’s unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

PRIZE: Sponsor will award one (1) winner. The winner will receive one (1) $300 USD e-gift card to SummerFridays.com.

APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) AND ODDS OF WINNING: The ARV of the Prize is $300 USD. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will award the Prize within fifteen (15) days of winner verification.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. No substitution or exchange is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. THE PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with receipt or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or before March 20, 2026, the potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The potential winner will be notified via the email associated with their entry and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. The winner may be required to complete eligibility and publicity documentation prior to prize fulfillment.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: By participating, each Participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and releases Sponsor and its affiliates, representatives, and agencies from any and all claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if necessary due to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

INDEMNITY: Each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the Prize.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all disputes will be resolved individually in the appropriate court located in Culver City, California and governed by the laws of the State of California.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city, state, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
